• DEVELOPED complex business models by mapping out relevant activity drivers and variables to project and track sales/gross margin for Kit and Ace Inc. Result : forecasted 2016 gross margin and top line result to within 1% accuracy at the same time provided timely feedback to senior management in support of corrective measures.
  
• REDUCED cost of goods manufactured at Luvo Inc. by providing in-depth variance analysis for individual cost components leading to targeted cost reduction programs towards raw material pricing, labor efficiency, and manufacturing overhead. Result : overall product cost reduction of 20% between year 2015 and 2016.
  
• IMPLEMENTED various information systems. Served as finance department lead for lululemon Athletica Inc, lay out requirements, control and risks area. Validate UAT results and sign-off on financial impact. Result : systems being implemented, SAP, JDA MMS, X-store, GT-Nexus/Tradecard, and Tradestone, Microsoft Nav ERP.
• IMPLEMENTED process and system control throughout lululemon distribution systems and retail channels. Result : Increased inventory accuracy from 65% to 85% and maintained at 85% from 2009 onward while reducing inventory shrinkage to below 1% of sales.
• LED AND DEVELOPED a high impact/high efficiency inventory control team responsible for sales audit, inventory & cost accounting, inventory control and accuracy, supply chain systems, logistics & trade compliance, transfer pricing & intercompany accounting. Result : successfully developed and promoted 2 team members to managers, 1 senior accountants, and 4 intermediate accountants.
  
• PLANNED AND BUDGETED for 3 Western Canada Coca-Cola bottling facilities and distribution centers. Result : Supported directors of operation in planning and forecasting for monthly plant operating results.
  
• ESTABLISHED CONTROL over purchasing price variance in a high volume environment with Coca Cola. Designed a variance tracking system utilizing Access database to provide timely reports on all pricing differences via receiving and payment. Result : Kept variance down to $50K a month (more than 50% decrease)

• IMPROVED AND DEVELOPED monthly closing procedures. Developed an Access based data cube system to bridge the information gap between SAP and the general ledger with Coca Cola. Result : achieved substantial time saving through elimination of manual data processing; cut monthly closing time from 3 days to 1 day.
