Result : forecasted 2016 gross margin and top line result to within 1% accuracy at the same time provided timely feedback to senior management in support of corrective measures.
REDUCED cost of goods manufactured at Luvo Inc. by providing in-depth variance analysis for individual cost components leading to targeted cost reduction programs towards raw material pricing, labor efficiency, and manufacturing overhead.
