Dedicated to the continuous enhancement and successful launch of high-caliber products, with a focus on optimizing yield and reducing wastage and scrap-cost. Being the cornerstone of first/final pass yield rates through the development and implementation of sustainable solutions, achieved via collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams including engineers, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel.

A pivotal aspect of bolstering first/final pass yield rates involves adeptly and efficiently managing non-conforming materials (NCM) by employing proficient root-cause analysis techniques to mitigate recurrence.

As a process engineering technician, we bridge the communication gap amongst a diverse array of teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and goals while maintaining project momentum.

CNC Machining Setup & Operation
Managed setup for multi-axis CNC milling and lathe machines (3-5 axis), including Akira Seiki and Fadal machines. Collaborated with business clients to fulfill various machining needs, including prototypes, revised parts, and mass production runs.

Tooling & Fixture Setup
Performed comprehensive machining setup through tooling congregation, calibration/fixture offsets, and fabrication/installation of machining fixtures such as hard and soft jaws composed of materials ranging from mild steel and aluminum to hardened tool steel.

Precision Tolerances & Quality Gate

• Organized prerequisites to ensure an environment operating in high-efficiency and precise tolerancing of high quality CNC machined products.
• Driving continuous improvement and consistency in a zero scrap-cost environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ensuring 100% product yield with guaranteed tolerance requirements through proficient and accurate tooling congregation and machining setup.

Assembling bikes to clientele needs from the ground up, sometimes including custom fabrication and modification from raw material based on clientele preferences for track-oriented geometry.

Diagnosing and addressing various related issues and malfunctions and repairing/replacing to meet or exceed prior running standard.

Working with clientele to custom tailor their bike to their preference to let them excel in their category of racing, specializing in single-speed velodrome track-oriented bikes.

Day to day also involves upkeep/maintenance, assembly and construction, as well as sales and marketing.
