- During my time at Heli-One/CHC, I started up the Reliability Program for the company.
- Working as part of the logistics team I helped create standardised documents, processes and reports.
- My responsibilities included, gas turbine aircraft engines (including Turbomeca, GE and P&W) monthly monitoring of unscheduled removals for a fleet of 250 aircraft, reporting to Heli-One customers and liaising with OEMs to find solutions to failures and possible operators/maintenance issues relating to the top parts of each fleet type.
