Currently working as the plant manager in a very exciting and challenging task of overseeing All Plant Manufacturing Phases of Sanitation, Quality Control, Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Project Management and Manufacturing are within the scope of my responsibilities. Customer visits, and supporting the Quality department as we develop the skillet of the entire team. As a team we have improved our OTD thru continuous improvement initiatives.

facility; prior I was Plant Site trainer for new START-UP Plants in west coast Division. i set a start up scope for plants to be succesful various phases of plant manufacturing procedures and set forward and action plan starting with responsibilities that i set forward are as follows: Establish work schedule, staff levels, Quality System conformance, Management Review, Weekly Production Meetings, ensure conformance to our Quality Management System and customer certifications with annual audits. Oversee internal audits, and audit schedule at a facility level, I have perform supplier audits, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Action and Non Conformance Reporting. Inventory Control Accuracy to First In First Out methods, Customer satisfaction; Purchase Order verifications, shipper and invoice verification to drawing, specification and customer requirements. Document control ensuring all documents are accurately profiled and available. Quality engineering projects/objectives and continuous improvement efforts. Corporate quarterly reporting including, main events, Audit results, customer nonconformance, and on time delivery, supplier nonconformance and on time delivery. Write, review and/or approve internal documents, work orders, bid review, risk/impact assessment.
