This was clinical experience in the hospital. It was not a paid job, but I did gain valuable experience in the nursing field with clinical hours. I assisted patients with ADLs and helped RNs deliver medications and ambulate patients. I collaborated with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. This included all the skills a RN is responsible for.
