Provide phone support to insured's involved in motor vehicle accidents that have sustained injuries by opening a property damage and accident benefit claim. Assist in handling towing, rental, vehicle repair, settlement, and arranging treatment for injuries sustained. Build rapport with insured's and resolve issues unique to each insured's needs.

Accurately input data and assign inbound files to the corresponding adjuster (file handler). Provide overwatch on inbound file box / queue and move files accordingly within the defined service level agreement. Deciphering claim details from different forms of files such as faxes, emails, scanned mail, litigation documents, and other varying files.

Analyze invoice documents to ensure correct products have been collected. Arrange and stack products efficiently on a skid. Wrap the products with a film to ensure products are safely bound to the skid. Create and process appropriate shipments and label each skid. Load different products in and out of trucks. Includes handling of large / complex steel orders for in-ground pools.

Ensure customers orders are accurately noted and correct products have been added to each order. When worker as a baker, log all products into bake sheet and monitor products to ensure all products are ready and fresh. Swapping tills, ensuring store is securely closed and locking doors upon exit, managing lunches.
