Glenbally Limited is a now diverse supply chain organization with 150+ direct employees, operating a large unaccompanied LTL & FTL trailer business between the UK & Ireland, domestic UK FTL road services, warehousing & pan European LTL distribution.
· Development of large UK domestic road haulage business for large steel manufacturer, following competitive tender process and large transfer of employees from incumbent.
· Accession to the largest pallet network in Europe (Palletways).
· Establishment of warehousing services for handling deep sea imports from China, services included distribution of construction equipment & parts through UK & Europe, as well as value added product customization services.
· Identified new IT system and migrated business units from legacy IT system to new software.

Having worked as an undergraduate at P&OFM, I was recruited initially as a contract manager, Operations Manager and subsequently oversaw their owned asset operations in the UK & Ireland for a leading pan European trailer & container operator.
In this role I was responsible for own fleet operations which were unionised, subcontract haulage operations, sea freight negotiations with senior directors, health & safety and managing several key commercial accounts.
