I've worked in the OPE industry since I've been able to legally have a job at the age of 14. Since joining the team at Ar-Jay's, I've learned a great deal from working under my boss' and senior co-workers about proper procedures in sales, management, customer service and technical information / service. Since being put in charge of the sales department the manager, having education from your organization as well as other big players in the industry (Ariens, Toro, Stihl, Husqvarna, Briggs & Stratton), and after having seven years of experience in the management roll, we have seen record profits and our customer retention rate has rose to much higher figures than that of prior to me taking on the roll in 2017. I have also taken on a roll in Ar-Jay's service department as a service technician in spring of 2020; I have just shy of four years hands on experience in equipment maintenance, dismantle, reassembly, general service, and diagnosis. This experience has reinforced and very much improved my ability to sell product thus contributing to higher sales figures, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. I have attended multiple trade shows and have sold product at them on several occasions. I'm looking to further my career in the OPE industry and am excited to explore an opportunity that can further Echo Power Equipment Canada and myself.
