Reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as a valued member of the Executive Management Team:

• Responsible for the timely creation and accuracy of all Financial information delivered Internally to multiple Stakeholders and Externally to company Shareholders.
• Led the development of a new, dynamic pricing matrix leading to a 370 basis point improvement in margin percentage.
• Led the Finance implementation of new ERP (Netsuite) increasing automation of Payments, Rebate processing, Inventory management and Financial Statement analysis.
• Utilized increased visibility to data allowing for customer profitability analysis (cost to serve) allowing for actionable insights for the Sales and Customer Service organizations.
• Regular engagement with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales and Information Technology teams, educating and providing operational and financial support to improve profitability in each area collaboratively
• Created a detailed cash flow model to improve forecasting of cash requirements and increase availability of funds for working capital and investment purposes
• Continuously developing talent within the Finance organization with the expectation of process improvements, automation of processes, staying abreast of new accounting standards, being inquisitive while maintaining a growth mindset.
• Improved Forecasting and Budget process using inherent Analytical and Templated tools within the new ERP improving the accuracy of numbers and reducing the time spent by Business Leaders to review and complete.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all Accounting Processes, Financial Reporting, Process Re-engineering, Payroll, Commissions and support of Information Technology requirements.

• Collaborated closely with the Sales organization to improve Margin performance by 220 basis points while increasing supporting an 12% increase in Sales volume in a highly competitive market.
• Led the acquisition of a competitor Marble and Tile business integrating the financial and operational processes with Ciot.
• Took over running the acquired Company with a mandate to fully transform the business from a Luxury branded Company into a Value based business

Reporting to the Vice-President, Financial Reporting and Accounting, leading a team of fifteen internationally, responsible for all management and external financial reporting, month-end close, corporate accounting, legal entity reporting, inventory valuations, corporate forecasting, planning and financial analysis.

• Re-engineered month-end close process reducing completion from seven days to four days.
• Strengthened corporate forecasting, planning and variance analysis, highlighting growth and cost savings opportunities.
• Led the review and orderly transition of Reporting and Accounting processes offshore with no impact on month-end close or related accounting and reporting activities
