I am responsible for a variety of cases including renewal preparation, new business transactions, as well as providing up to date documentation to underwriters/brokers. - As part of my master’s degree, I completed a research project for Dell Technologies. I was assigned the task of delivering a piece of work which would help them better manage their fully remote teams. I focused on how Dell can make improvements with regards to their fully remote managers. I delivered a remote leadership roadmap which went into great detail on how Dell’s remote managers can increase team productivity as well as increase employee satisfaction rates and overall morale.
