I'm a college graduate with a strong background in consultative techniques and a meticulous focus on individual needs. I prioritize following procedures to ensure optimal outcomes. My experience includes handling enforcement procedures, patrolling, writing reports, managing sensitive information, researching crime theory, and organizing crime data. I'm known for dedication, dependability, excellent organizational skills, and superior work ethic. Trained to work long shifts, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to flexible schedules. I'm eager to expand knowledge in the criminal justice and crime analysis fields. Seeking professional opportunities that offer challenges to utilize interpersonal skills, management abilities, and problem-solving expertise.
I currently work as a Residential Counselor at a Group Home for Juvenile Delinquents and children held by the courts.
The Group Home promotes rehabilitation and support to reintegrate residents back into society through opportunities to socialize and education opportunities. I manage and maintain the home to ensure the residents are healthy, fed, and maintain an emotional baseline. While ensuring that that rules set by Probation and behavioral plan are implemented by staff.
I am currently working as a Behavior Interventionist, I receive personalized intervention plans per client and tasked to execute strategies/ tests through modeling, role-playing and other effective strategies. All sessions were documented to ensure that plans are science based and feedback is objective.
I began an Internship under my Professor to do Crime Analysis work for Pomona PD. I am tasked to read datasets and organize the information to find crime spikes and patterns. Afterwards I create graphs and maps to best present the information for Police, Police Chiefs, and Departments.
I was required to patrol the campus by foot and vehicle. I attended to vehicle unlocks, battery jumps, and transporting passengers. I was a reporter for police, when issues arose around campus. In the police department, I dealt with students and teachers when it came to permits and citations. I was expected to be able to handout citations and to be able answer general questions about the campus and parking. I filed reports for my shifts and for dispatch when it came to police issues.
I worked as a part-time employee for my first few years of college, in the deli section; Claros is known to do customized orders and make sandwiches. I was in charge of restocking refrigerated goods. I was required to take requests from customers and to create their order.
During my boy scout career I climbed positions and learned vital skills to lead other fellow scouts.
