As a parts specialist my responsibilities are first to use my in depth knowledge of all current and non current Harley davidson models in the correct fitment of hard, aftermarket, consumable, and maintenance parts.

In effect building our customers dreams, from new builds to vintage models, I provided customer with timely and correct leadership in the completion of their projects, liaising with Harley Davidson through their in house aftermarket business , as well as our other suppliers and contacts to assist customer in their builds.

As with all dealerships, we support, and maintain an inventory in working in concert with our service department, the correct parts go to the correct customers, on any work orders that pass through our window.

There is far more than can be described here, as a parts specialist's responsibilities are vast, however it suffices to say that one must be as invested in the customers needs, as to ensuring the business remains profitable and run lean and efficiently.

A partnership in a business restoring vintage Italian motorcycles from the frame up. I am responsible for tearing customers vintage motorcycles down , re building engines, painting frames, tanks, restoring upholstery, re-building wheels,

everything involved in bringing these bikes to better than new condition.

Through a network of supplies we stand in a particular niche having access to a large supply of vintage parts, as well as specialized knowledge, and tools required to restore these projects correctly, as they left the showroom.

To many of our customers these machines represent an investment, and or show machine, as such the level of detail, and attention to correctness necessary are at time maddening, requiring a certain personality, and understanding, the builder must be as discerning as the customer.

During my tenure at 5-0 taxi I Communicated effectively with dispatchers regarding changes in schedule or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, allowing for appropriate adjustments as needed.

Resolved passenger conflicts calmly and professionally that deescalated tense situations when necessary. often dealing with inebriated or rowdy fares.

Effectively managed my own business from the car provided to me, efficiency and a tenacious attitude towards one's work directly reflected one's pay, requiring a strong work ethic.

As trust built between the company and dispatchers grew, more lucrative, airport, limousine, and long distance ships pilots became available, which after a time represented the bulk of my work.
