Reporting to the IT manager and CEO, network administration duties included user account creation, Active Directory and Exchange administration, problem tracking escalation and resolution, technical documentation, DNS/DHCP planning and implementation, server installations, switch/router/WAP maintenance, IIS and SQL configuration.

VOIP administration roles consisted of Asterisk management, MACs, phone and user provisioning, DID terminations, SIP/IAX protocol troubleshooting, IPTables firewall maintenance, Polycom image management, QOS setup, Mysql DB administration, Apache configuration, voicemail integration and DR planning and testing.
