• Interviewed probationers daily, supervised their behaviors and compliance, and conducted court reports to the court with recommendations.
• Worked with community based organization to provide probationers needs with shelters, food, rehabilitation facilities, mental health services, and other counseling programs.
• Provided suitable plans for the probationers with Evidence Based Practices, such as Risk assessments, Anger Management program, and Thinking for a Change program.

• Supervised youth's daily activities, including meal time, school, recreation, and group or individual counseling sessions.
• Worked closely with youth's teachers, parents, social workers, psychologies, and attorneys to ensure the their behaviors were on the right tracks.
• Created data regarding the youth's daily behavior and thinking progress towards the supporting programs.
• Generated court reports to inform the court of the youth's behaviors and compliance towards court ordered probation conditions and provided recommendations to the court.
• Worked with community based providers regarding the youth's Reentry to the community. This included but not limited to the parents' support, community based programs, medical providers, education program, and job searching.
• In 2007, I was selected as an Evidence base practice instructor to train all youth camps officers of Motivational Interviewing, Core Correction Practice and thinking for a change program.
• Researched the theory and case study of Evidence base program. And proposed recommendation to the manager teams of how to implement it to the minors.
• Collected Data from daily results of trainees’ experience and feedbacks, and presented to the management team. Worked with DOJ auditing compliance teams. Collected data through interviewing the minors. Analyzed what programs worked for the minors. Then provided recommendation to the manager teams.

• Supervised youth's daily activities and provided counseling.
• Worked as a program coordinator to assist management to implement programs for the youth, such as sports competition, behavior and anger management program, pre-vocational training, and Excel program (a program to award the youth for their good behaviors).
• Collected and analyzed data from the various youth programs. Provided feedbacks and recommendations to the management.
