I have experience as a perfume salesperson, having worked in BIBIS for 4 months. During this time, I developed skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
I was responsible for helping customers find the perfect fragrance for them, tailoring it to their preferences and personalities. I have experience in listening to their needs and providing recommendations, resulting in increased sales and satisfied customers.
Additionally, I stayed updated on the latest fragrance trends and product launches. This enabled me to offer customers new options and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each perfume.
I also had experience in handling cash transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
Despite only working for 4 months in this role, I managed to exceed the set sales targets and received positive feedback from both customers and management.
