• Experience in practicing Full Day Early learning Curriculum through play based learning , assessing children's outcomes and modifying them appropriately .
• Able to recognize their cognitive , physical , emotional and social development and document accordingly pertaining to the learning outcomes .

• Planning and organizing activities for children to ensure quality , inclusiveness and developmental appropriateness .
• Keeping in mind the knowledge of behavioral strategies and responsible for transitions .
• Maintaining clean classroom for children's health and safety.

• Observing children's progress and communicating with parents and guardians .
• Letting the parents know about different programs including breast feeding , infant toddler program .

Tasks :

1) Engages each child individually each day, and makes every

effort to greet every parent/guardian/caregiver .

2) Keep the surface areas and room tidy and sanitary, as per

licensing requirements.

3)Support training and evaluating of ECE and ECA students

4) Model and demonstrate appropriate teaching techniques

5)Assess, record, and discuss daily observations with students

6)Monitor placement students, progress and delegate

responsibility for tasks in the classroom
