With a formal background in food science and technology, paired with my proven success in Quality Assurance, I am looking to transition into a new title. I believe my skills and background make me an excellent fit for the position of FSQR Supervisor.
At my current full-time role at Nuts for cheese as HACCP/QA Coordinator, I dealt with numerous tasks including working directly with Quality Management system and HACCP Program. Moreover, I am working very closely with Plant Manager and Field Managers in coordinating routine daily inspections and smooth running of plant.
As a part of my role, I am responsible for conducting internal and 3rd party audits for the company. I am also in charge of overseeing the EMP program's implementation, coordinating the calibration of various instruments, conducting technical trainings, reviewing documentation, and reporting monthly KPI trends to the senior management team.
My core responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of BRC certification which adds implementing and updating various SOP's, SSOP's, QMS Program, HACCP plan and implementing corrective actions, conducting internal audits at timely manner and ensuring their compliance to CFIA/GFSI Certification.
