Summary

With a formal background in food science and technology, paired with my proven success in Quality Assurance, I am looking to transition into a new title. I believe my skills and background make me an excellent fit for the position of FSQR Supervisor.

At my current full-time role at Nuts for cheese as HACCP/QA Coordinator, I dealt with numerous tasks including working directly with Quality Management system and HACCP Program. Moreover, I am working very closely with Plant Manager and Field Managers in coordinating routine daily inspections and smooth running of plant.

As a part of my role, I am responsible for conducting internal and 3rd party audits for the company. I am also in charge of overseeing the EMP program's implementation, coordinating the calibration of various instruments, conducting technical trainings, reviewing documentation, and reporting monthly KPI trends to the senior management team.

My core responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of BRC certification which adds implementing and updating various SOP's, SSOP's, QMS Program, HACCP plan and implementing corrective actions, conducting internal audits at timely manner and ensuring their compliance to CFIA/GFSI Certification.

I am confident that my innate passion for food safety and ongoing experience within food safety and quality combined with my data analysis and work ethics will prove me as a strong candidate for this role at your organization

HACCP/Quality Assurance Coordinator

  • Maintaining and improving the GMP,Sanitation program HACCP System and BRC program
  • Responsible for performing GMP, GDP, Food safety training accordingly
  • Manage food safety and quality policies, revision history and procedures under BRCGS program
  • Review all paperwork from the Plant, including CCP records and US Pre-shipment reviews, as well as QA Technician Task Lists and swab results etc
  • Review all critical control points (CCP's), monitor and verify records to ensure compliance with HACCP plan, critical limits and frequencies and initiating CAPA's for deviation/nonconformance
  • Reviewing Packaging Artwork, Claims, Nutritional facts panel, UPC's, Ingredient panels when changed
  • Responsible for Reviewing Customer complaints, Pest control reports, label approval, record verification and updating the QMS, HACCP plan, SOP's and PRPs accordingly
  • Conducting mock recall and ensuring identification, labeling, and traceability system functions, as planned under SOS system.Responsible for GMP And Internal audit as planned
