I've been solo traveling across the western coast of America, western Canada, Europe and Asia since I turned 18. In fact, I left home at 17 to travel on my own, just before turning 18. This made me very independent, curious about the world, different cultures, and increased my level of adaptability. When solo traveling, unexpected situations occur, so I learnt flexibility, met people from all over the world, improved my language skills (Japanese and Spanish, mostly.) Other than that, I have been learning Mandarin Chinese at Concordia since September 2023. I took multiple German and Spanish classes, and even though I forgot most of my German, I consider myself almost fluent in Spanish. I am also an artistic person who enjoys drawing, writing fiction, painting, and crafting.
