I worked for the county hospital in the non-invasive cardiology clinic. I managed the front desk, assisting patients checking in for their daily appointments. My position consisted of closely monitoring the techs in a specific system. I had to ensure that they were being productive throughout the day by making sure they had jobs and met the time frames of those jobs that were assigned to them. I recorded my daily findings and emailed the tech supervisors regarding any concerns that arised with a technicians’ route. The daily tracking’s range from a missed time frame, running late or an overrun on a job. I was also responsible for helping with email escalations that came in and responding to them in a timely manner and assigning the work as requested. Another task in this position was monitoring the incoming work for my area. I was responsible for assigning work to the techs low on points or available to pick up work and pre-calling future jobs if need be to make sure that the techs were staying productive.
