● Design and deliver engaging, scaffolded Math and Science curriculum for Grades 6 & Social Studies for Grade 8, tailored to neurodiverse learners
● Foster a safe, inclusive, and predictable classroom environment where all students are cared for, connected, and comfortable to take risks and participate
● Develop Individual Program Plans (IPPs) aligned with psycho-educational assessments and monitor growth through curricular-aligned measurements
● Design and implement small group remediation in the areas of numeracy, literacy, and executive functioning
● Integrate technology and specialized programming to support diverse learning needs and promote growth
● Collaborate closely with colleagues, leadership, and learning teams to design individualized student supports and implement best practices
● Lead the development and implementation of outcomes-based
assessment and K-12 proficiency scales as part of a cross-divisional action
