• Manage Field staff performance, including client complaints, building staff competencies, coaching skillset, annual performance evaluations, and follow up of performance concerns
• Employee engagement, including initial client visits, regular one to ones with field staff, and engagement surveys
• Complete Initial client assessments
• Meet both virtually and in person with clients and families to set up and recommend services to deliver care, including completion of service agreements
• Set up and maintain client and employee files and documentation as required
• Participate and advise Care navigators on staff selection for client fit
• Assist with field staff selection and recruitment, including resume review, and interviews
• Advise and direct clinical policy development
• Participate in orientation of new field staff, including initial skills assessment
• Participate in creation and execution of presentations to external partners and vendors
• Assist with trade shows and conferences as an ember representative
• Advise and participate in field staff educational material development
• Partakes in regular team meetings engaging in discussion
