• Led the execution of all construction civil work (Concrete, finishing and infrastructure) in three
“three-story” Parking lots, with a total story area of 13000 Sq.m and 30000-m3 of reinforced
concrete.
• Managed and directed construction, operations and maintenance activities at the project site to
conform to design specifications and safety standards.
• Reviewed and verified the construction drawings in conjunction with relevant architectural,
electrical, mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Implemented safety and accident prevention programs prior to start of each task, conducting
tailgate meetings daily.
• Prepared cost reports and maintained financials on or under the budget.

Location: Khazzan Area Block 61, Qarn Al Alam, Oman

I was in charge of overseeing the construction activities, including all concrete and finishing works, for utility buildings, with a total area of 10000 m2, in addition to the surrounding utility services (plumbing works, water supply and drainage networks installation inside and outside the buildings, concrete and interlocking pavement, stormwater channels, etc), with a total value of $15M.
• Supervised and monitored project subcontractors and labor force, tracked project status through steps, and complied with safety regulations and design requirements.
• Provided technical advice to project workers to apprise them of issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Resolved unexpected technical difficulties and communicated solutions with managers, clients and representatives.
• Guided my team to meet timescales, budgets and agreed specifications.
