  • Worked with engineers at Ford and Toyota in IQ projects and reflash projects which ensured the top quality of the vehicles.
  • Initiated and managed a new die testing project for Martinrea which ensured the dies are ready for mass production
  • Perform diagnostics in vehicle and on a test bench for any suspect units or modules
  • Communicate with the customer and the manager about the daily production/inspection and suggest ways to improve the procedure
  • Worked with various GM and Ford electrical modules such as Electrical Face Panel, IPC clusters, SYNC module, GPS module, and multi-switch function module

  • Assisted in the manufacturing of the car body (front hood, side panels) out of carbon fiber and fiber glass which lead to finishing the assembly on time for the competition
  • Created the CAD files for the fuel lines, tabs and fuel tank using Solidworks
  • Assembled the fuel system in the car a week earlier than the decided deadline
  • Found the cause and solution for the air bubbles in the fuel tank of the car which placed the design 5th in the following year.
