Additionally, being able to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently and by coordinating with sales and underwriting to ensure timeliness and quality of proposals and managing multiple prospects and sales support activities at various stages of the sales process by following established set processes. I follows up with underwriters, brokers/plan sponsors if additional information is needed to submit the case in a timely manner. Navigating through multiple systems Salesforce, CPQ, CCFE, Outlook and reading verifying medical documents.
