Worked with POS system to place orders, and manage bills.

Bussed and clean tables to keep dining room clean and organize to make customers time enjoyable.

Work with kitchen staff as a team to provide a good service.

Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for team members and customers.

Communicate with FOH staff to deliver best service as a team.

Walk around pool to leave pool menus

Take orders by the pool, go back to station and prep orders to go delivered to guest.

Make sure customers have method of payment by the pools.

Make sure customers were satisfied with food.

Pickup trash from customers by the pools.

Make sure customers had everything they might need.

Make sure customers are inform of all substitutions, special and upselling items available.

Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers in all areas.
