Ana Rivera

• Since September of 2023 I started my first job as a sales associate at Steve Madden.

My responsibilities include:

• Providing shoes to customers
• Guiding customers to the best options with informed guidance
• Maintaining the sales floor - paperwork filing, cleaning, dealing with unwelcome customers
• Completing transactions with customers - Cashiering as well as returns/exchanges
• I am the sales associate most involved in stock work; I scan in shipments, as well as organize them in our backroom.
• Completing orders which includes pulling shoes, checking every box, and packing them for shipment.

• Provide assistance and work with children every Saturday in the weekly material given for completing 1st communion
• I have helped four groups complete the course.
• Additionally, I help with organizing events for this course, such as volunteering during fundraising events and providing creative and engaging ideas for the children to learn with.
