I started with this company as a Sales Assistant in August of 2022 and was promoted to Supervisor six months later after I started. During my time here I performed a variety of tasks and achieved many milestones and targets including but not limited to:

• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
• Handled customer complaints, resolved issues, and adjusted policies to meet changing needs.
• Monitored workflow to improve employee time management and increase productivity.
• Evaluated employee performance and coached and trained to improve weak areas.
• Achieved results by working with staff to meet established targets.
• Mentored newly hired employees on selling ceremonies and building customer relationships and developed a training manual to use for reference.
