- Assign PAPS and PARS to the shipments.
- Tracking the drivers distance and ETA to the border either through calls or from Electronic Logging Devices in the trucks to avoid waiting times and Layovers at the borders.
- Communication with the Drivers, Customers and Customs Brokers for every single shipment going Inbound or Outbound in order to deliver a smooth border crossing without inconvenience.
- Updating the status of the shipments in the Company system after the trips are accepted by the customs.
