Sanofi-Aventis is one of the largest global pharmaceutical. This was part of my course related industrial experience.

My internship experience included:

• Rotations in Human Resources, Plant Supply Chain, Engineering, HSE, Production (Pharma Solids, Sterile, Claforan, and Haemaccel plants), Quality Management System, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance and gained insights into complexities of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Working effectively in fast-paced environments.

Analytical Measuring Systems is an organization supplying biomedical and technology equipment and systems. This was a course-related personal development internship.

During the internship, I:

• Learnt about supply and distribution of equipment to healthcare institutions
• Studied latest technology in analytical equipment.
• Shadowed personnel to learn appropriate methods for solving customer issues and troubleshooting technical problems.

Tabba Heart Institute is a renowned cardiac care facility located in Karachi. Tabba Heart Institute is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology. This was a course-related personal development internship.

While there, I:

• Improved biomedical device functionality by conducting thorough testing and analysis.
• Gained diverse experience and knowledge across sales, service, and research aspects.
• Was doing hospital rounds which highlighted real-world challenges and emphasized critical skills like troubleshooting.
• Optimized biomedical systems through regular maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable performance.

PNS Shifa is one of the leading hospitals in Karachi. My internship here was for my personal development and to develop an understanding about hospital systems and equipment and their repair and maintenance.

During this time, I:

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop innovative equipment and technical solutions.
• Participated in quality assurance initiatives, minimizing risks associated with medical device usage.
• Worked efficiently in device troubleshooting, and gained exposure to modern tools and techniques like Planned Preventive Maintenance, and engineering applications in Radiology, Laboratory, and Surgeries.

Behbud Association is a charity organization that provides free schooling to children from underprivileged backgrounds.

In my role as a volunteer teacher, I:

• Established and maintained positive relationships with students to foster environments of confidence, support and open communication.
• Provided one-on-one assistance for struggling students, helping them improve their grades and comprehension.
• Graded homework, tests and quizzes to keep accurate track of student performance of 40 students each from grades 4 to 8 .
• Collaborated with fellow teachers to design interdisciplinary lessons that emphasized real-world connections and problem-solving skills.

Orange Tree Foundation is a charity organization that works with students and underprivileged families to provide free education to them.

During this community service, I:

• Strengthened relationships with community partners through collaboration on joint projects.
• Completed 40 hours of community service in managing and cataloguing inventory and product line White Elephant Sale.

Inspire School of Advanced Studies is a school for O and A Levels certified by University of Cambridge.

I taught here full-time for 3 months and part-time additionally;

• Taught Math, Science, English, Geography for grades 4, 8 and 10.
• Managed 15 students per class.
• Modeled appropriate conduct and enforced school's rules and standards.
• Maintained accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior to facilitate ongoing communication with parents about each child's progress.
• Worked with diverse & special need students, ensuring adequate comprehension and assimilation.
