COVID-UNIT CARE:

• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
• Monitoring, reporting and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborated closely with doctors to clearly communicate patient care plans and updates with patients and families
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reaction.

ORTHOPEDICS PRE-OPERATION AND POST-OPERATION CARE :

• Preparing patient for surgery and post surgery
• Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses
• Provided a full range of care from wound treatment to broken bone immobilization to the administration of medication
• Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE)

• Completed initial assessment of patient, and triage patient skills. Work with multidisciplinary teams

PALLIATIVE CARE

• Pain management with pharmacology and no pharmacology treatments
• Respect culture/religion of the patient/family.
• Treat patient with dignity.

• Assesses clients for safety and risk to self or others, and taking appropriate crisis intervention measures

• Monitor vital, withdrawal, risk of seizure etc
• Through a systematic process of interaction with patients, collects and analyzes data regarding the patient's physical, psychological, social, and medical needs; determines patient's alcohol or drug history; identifies signs of withdrawal; conducts screenings or assessments to help determine needs of treatment and complete medication history.
