During my time as a Youth Worker, I supported youth in developing stronger communication, teamwork, and confidence through structured and engaging activities. I helped reduce behavioral issues by creating a positive, inclusive environment and building meaningful relationships with participants. I developed new programs that increased youth participation, provided one-on-one support that boosted academic and personal progress, and received positive feedback from supervisors, parents, and young people for my patience and reliability.
