This $7M project included working with IT vendors for the rating product integration and working closely with internal marketing and IT teams.

In the different SDLC phases my role was to:

- Chair the solution and JAD sessions

- Identify gaps between the business requirements and the vendor’s product. These gaps could end up as a new development or as a temporary workaround with a future CRs

- Assisted with process flow diagrams using VISIO and Data modelling in Erwin

- Negotiating CRs with the vendors to identify responsibility for developing them

- Engaging necessary teams to bring technical/business aspects to resolve issues.

- Releasing any road blocks by getting approvals and updating the project plan.

- Orchestrating QA effort

- Finance reporting – compliance with reporting regulation and company reporting

- Revenue assurance – follow RA company processes with the new brand
