Summary

As an IT Specialist, my main focus is to provide hands-on technical support both internally and externally. I serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of software and hardware tools and applications, and my primary goal is to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues for my team.   • Collaborating with colleagues to develop technical solutions for complex IT problems involving Microsoft-based software products, including Exchange, Dynamics CRM, and Office 365.
  • Implementing process improvements to ensure the system is reliable, scalable, secure, and performs well while maintaining its integrity.
  • Providing daily support to the IT department and other departments as required.
