  • Led the the daily Applicative IT operations for our client, Canada’s largest Marketing firm. CGI was awarded a full IT managed services for this client,from Infrastructure to Application support and development (L1,L2 and L3). I was responsible for supporting and developing end-to-end services on the applicative side (L2, L3, projects and consulting services) . Some of the teams that were under my responsibility included, CRM & Sales teams, BI and Data Analatics, Billing, Client and Customer Portals applications. My main responsibilities included:
