Collaborated with the TruLOCAL meat delivery service fulfillment team and operations for over a year. Aided in the preparation of packaging materials. Overall, gained new hands-on skills in product preparation, warehouse machinery, and fulfillment processes, as well as, customer engagement.

• Prepared packaging materials for customer orders all while creating better systems for a more organized work space (i.e. prepared boxes and laid paper installation for frozen food products).
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments.
• Gained new skills in and adapted to various workplace machinery ( i.e. Rampac packaging installation machine and pallet truck).
