I adhered to food service industry health and safety standards as well as company procedures. At the end of each shift, I took an inventory of supplies and updated an Excel spreadsheet enabling the restaurant manager to replenish supplies as needed.
I worked in the front end of a high volume, fast paced food service restaurant, taking orders from individuals and groups of customers, offering menu choice recommendations, processing payment using a variety of payment methods, following company procedures, and minimizing customer wait times. I excelled in this job; creating a respectful, welcoming, and appreciative environment for each and every customer.
During a 10 hour shift I worked in a highly functional team to prepare approximately 100 food servings. I collaborated with team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food service industry health and safety standards.
I was supervising wait staff and was ensuring that they understood applicable health and safety policies and followed the health and safety procedures. There i learned to take work seriously; to communicate with restaurant costumers, colleagues and administration.
Every Wednesday i go to English Speaking club;
I also regularly attend and register for various useful courses: 'Young Women in Tech program' (Excel, Python, etc.), YMCA programs and so on. So if I need to learn something new for work, I will gladly to do it!
