Done 40 hours of basic training at a volunteer shop. In the shop, individuals learn how to properly handle tools and ensure safety during various replacements and repairs. Also, participants gain knowledge about bike components. Although basic training might not guarantee absolute proficiency, it provides a solid foundation to progress further in the future.
