  • I was the company interface with the government's authorities
  • Oversee all administration and documentation for all government related transactions, updates the company on government circulars and announcements, and prepare policies and procedures for government documentation processing
  • Developed, scheduled and coordinated in house training workshops and specialized programs
  • Oversee all Centers company permits and licenses, ensuring all documents are renewed before expiration
  • Coordinates with Public Relations, Marketing, Procurement, General Services, Finance, Maintenance Department enquiries
  • Work closely with Legal Dept
  • By completing and submitting the applications for renewals of commercial registration and trading licenses
  • Liaising with the HSE Dept
  • On all civil defense licenses by completing and submitting the applications and arranging for the civil defense inspection Visit
  • Work closely with HR Employee Relations to ensure the timely completion and execution of relevant government and administrative formalities (New joiner, RP transfer and RP cancellation)
  • Ensure immigration processes are completed in minimal time including Resident Permits, Renewals, Visas, CID procedures etc
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reporting to the HR Manager
  • Attend monthly and quarterly meetings on behalf of Qatar Foundation for Government Affairs.
