My extensive experience in architectural engineering and asset management spans over a decade. My career began as a Project Architect at (SBG) where I was entrusted with the day-to-day operations of the Processor Hub Station for the King Abdul Aziz International Airport project. My role encompassed supervising junior engineers, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring the timely completion of project segments. I later transitioned to Nadine International Inc., taking on the role of an Architectural Consultant. This role involved conducting audits and assessments of hospitals and community centers, managing site visits, and preparing budget estimates and reports. Furthering my career, I joined BGIS as a Building Condition Assessor, responsible for conducting site evaluations, documenting deficiencies, and compiling detailed Building Condition Assessment (BCA) reports. Currently, I am serving in an Asset management role at CBRE, leading the South Raba Region. My responsibilities include providing technical training, collaborating with facility managers and subcontractors, preparing Base Building reports (BBARs), tracking the status of all the projects related to my assets, attending all the preconstruction meetings, and coordinating approved projects for implementation. Highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. Dedicated student interested in applying excellent communication and interpersonal skills to the asset management roles. Experienced in data entry and handling money. Can quickly memorize product details and build customer relationships.
