Through an Organizational Transformation I became responsible for the P&L for both our Professional Services and Administrative business unit generating $50M in annual revenues from contract and permanent hiring. The team was made up of approximately 5 direct and 40+ indirect reports. Our placements ranged across a variety of skills (Finance and Accounting, Administration, HR, Marketing and Communications, Purchasing and Procurement).

  • ELT discussions on team performance and revenue targets.
  • Increased revenue in identified key accounts by 60% YoY.
  • Consistent review of fill ratios on job orders to ensure we were staying well above industry standard.
  • Client base development based on territory and industry.
