• Copy of the Warranty Holder’s Drivers Licence
• Copy of the covered vehicle Ownership
• Copy of all Service Records from the purchase date of the vehicle to current date (Including Engine oil changes) may be required
• Referral: ANY LICENCED SERVICE CENTRE OF WARRANTY HOLDER’S CHOICE
• Visit the service center.
• Authorize the service center to perform a diagnostics on your vehicle.
• If a tear down is required you must contact Autogard Advantage immediately before the tear down is performed.
• Provide us with a copy of a written diagnostics report and an estimate of repairs (If the vehicle is with an Autogard Advantage Authorized Service Centre, they will provide us with the following documents directly).

• - DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY TEAR DOWN OR DISASSEMBLY ON THE VEHICLE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM AUTOGARD ADVANTAGE.
• - CAPPED LABOUR RATE OF $84.99/HOUR
