Keeping a daily record of customer sales transactions, inventory, and reporting gross sales to franchise tax board. Maintenance of the shop, purchase orders, budget control, advertisement and take actions for customer service improvements. Keep record of payroll and scheduling shifts for a staff of ten employee's . Handle all customer complaints as well as employee concerns and or ideas.
