• Gurdwara Sri Sachkhand Sahib, Roseville, CA, Service and Cleaning, 09/2020 - Current, Greet families and guests upon arrival. Help guests find seating and assist the elderly. Providing information about what the Langar Hall is and the services the establishment offers. Help plate meals, ensuring the meal looks aesthetic and clean. Distributing food to families and guests. Refilling service trays to give guests a hot fresh meal while keeping the service fast-paced to help with customer flow. Help with food preparation by chopping food and making flatbread. Stocking food supplies and organizing the pantry items to ensure an organized system. Wash dishes, utensils, and serving trays with careful inspection. Cleaning kitchen surfaces to maintain a sanitized kitchen. Broom and mop floors are used to maintain proper sanitization guidelines and to provide a pleasant environment for guests.
• H.I.T.S Kids Tennis Camp, Coach and Line Judge, 03/2021 - Current, Organize and supervise intra-club matches, tournaments, and special events for children aged 6-12. Develop and implement engaging tennis training programs for children, focusing on fundamental skills development, game strategies, and sportsmanship. Plan and conduct age-appropriate tennis drills, exercises, and games to improve players' technique and overall performance. Provides personalized instructions and feedback to help players of varying skill levels enhance their tennis abilities and confidence on the court. Collaborate with fellow coaches, volunteers, and parents to coordinate practice schedules, equipment maintenance, and logistical arrangements. Set up equipment and assist in cleaning after games. Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of players during practice sessions and competitive events.

I’ve been playing tennis for about six years, and it’s become a core part of who I am. This sport has instilled in me a deep sense of perseverance, mental resilience, and the understanding that giving up is never an option. Through every challenge, tennis has taught me the value of pushing forward, no matter the obstacles, and that mindset drives me in everything I do.
