  • Works closely with the Water Manager and other authorizations staff to assess water use applications, prepare work plans and client files, identify priority projects, finalize agenda topics for meetings, and update the status of projects with timeline and budget details.
  • Facilitates meetings between the Ministry and other regulatory agencies, consultants, contractors, legal council, First Nations, and community organizations regarding Water Authorizations applications, contract agreements, and progress of ongoing programs.
