• Complete and ensure resident’s care assessments, service plans and documentation are up to date.

• Safe administration of narcotics and other medications.

• Act as supervisor and coordinate emergency response in absence of DOC and Executive Director.

• Respond to resident/family concerns and ensure appropriate action is taken.

• Plan, coordinate, manage and evaluate the resident’s care plan.
