Responsible for the waving and workflow to all departments by analyzing reports as well as sending out a distribution centre campus ,and providing direction for the shift .
2) Continually monitors the order queue for all workstreams in the distribution centres by analyzing various reports.
3) Investigate waving issues and fallouts for all departments by analyzing reports as well as sending out research to respective teams for resolution and following up to ensure a timely action.
4) Collaborate with team members in a supportive and open manner.
5) With minimal supervision ,make decision s in a moment and understand the impact on the operation.
6) Build strong and trust in relationships with all levels in the organization through effective communication.
7) Update reports throughout shift and share shift metrics.

1) Experience with Manhattan WMS.
