• Lead, manage, train and motivate the production team within each of the work cells.
• Maintain and enforce safe and clean working environment by complying with health
and safety legislation and housekeeping practices, use of personal protective equipment, and any other company policies. This includes accident investigations and documenting/forwarding any violence/harassment complaints.
• Working closely with the Master Scheduler to ensure all customer orders are completed on promised delivery date. Assist in expediting emergency orders.
