  • I was responsible for the CSR department for Multi-Glass Insulation's head office location in Woodbridge, ON. Which is an insulation distributor supplying commercial, mechanical and HVAC insulation to both businesses and job site locations. My main role was to provide guidance to my team members, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints, manage team performance, as well as implement strategies to improve service quality. I regulated controls to ensure the flow of orders for the same day and specially produced items were completed on time.
