VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Currently providing support to the Alberta Leader of Capital Projects & Infrastructure team; PwC’s Energy Transition & Utility Deals Leader.
· Responsible for supporting the day-to-day business activities for a mixture of five partners and managing directors in a highly technical and ever changing work environment while working with confidential and time sensitive material
· Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders
· Business Support: Document support (DocuSign & NDA Agreements), timesheets, Email, in-depth Calendar & travel logistics management.
· Coordinating internal and external meeting arrangements, client support and organizing small events
· Financial Support: Processing stakeholder expenses, invoices (Basware), generating Salesforce reports, client facing processes (sponsorships, speaking engagements and independence compliance)
· Utilizing judgement and strong problem solving skills, while maintaining a proactive approach to working with staff and clients at all levels in a virtual environment
· Maintaining slide decks for Instructional purposes. Coordinating training schedules with a team to provide seamless transition for new administrative hires joining PwC, encouraging proper processes and functions are upheld
· Regularly functioning as a backup for other team members, assisting and contributing to other firm and business projects, initiatives, and general administrative duties
