Patient care and de-escalation in the emergency department , helping patients in need of a phone call arranging transportation, assist with food, and blankets. Any complaints or questions a patient or a visitor may have. Assist security, nursing staff and crisis when needed.

Dining room supervisor, making sure dietary and culinary department is running properly to maintain proper service to residents. In charge of hiring and scheduling staff on a daily basis. Interviewing and reference checks. Operating special events within the establishment.

• Wine service and catering for all types of weddings fundraisers and events. Bar manager and floor manager to assist staff throughout service. Hiring new staff as well as corporate training in different provinces to help open new establishments with the company.
